Villa Mortgage Inc. was incorporated in the State of Ohio in November 1987, for the purpose of originating, processing and closing residential mortgages within the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky region. Villa Mortgage Inc. began operations in rental space and now owns a condominium office facility in Fairfield, OH and has opened offices in Lima, OH, Hillsboro, OH and Greenfield, IN. From this base product and marketing planning, pricing, lending standards and internal controls are directed. Support functions also include marketing, loan reselling and securitizing, financial management, data processing, and extensive servicing efforts from the point of loan application through the post-closing period. The post-closing Department is also closely involved in the resolution of any problems which arise and assisting with delinquent loans. In addition, the principals are extremely active in conducting continuing education courses for real estate personnel through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
Since its establishment, the company has built the volume of mortgages processed from $0 to over $60 million in fiscal 1992 and now yearly processes about $54 million. This has been accomplished through efforts of its originating staff, working closely with the real estate industry, community/civic involvement, educational seminars and a range of advertising. Villa Mortgage Inc. is accredited by the Federal National Mortgage Association and Ohio Department of Commerce. We are direct endorsed through HUD and VA approved. We are also one of Ohio's top rural housing lenders ranking #1 in 1998, 2001 and 2002. As of January 25th we ranked # 2 for 2003. |
