Villa Mortgage has since opened offices in Lima, Hillsboro, Harrison and Jackson, Ohio. Our support functions include marketing, loan processing, loan closing and extensive customer service throughout.

Villa Mortgage is accredited by the Federal National Mortgage Assc. and the Ohio Department of Commerce and directly endorsed by HUD and VA approved. We have been one of Ohio's top Rural Housing lenders for the past eight years.
